Worship

Worship time - 10:30am on Sundays

Online worship time - uploaded before 4pm on Sundays

Worship is the most essential thing we do as a Church.  In worship we declare that God is God, and we are not.  Each week we give the Lord our praise and prayers, our tithes and confessions, and the best and worst of ourselves knowing that as we come to worship God, transformation happens: sinners become saints, the lost become found, hope replaces fear, love overcomes hate, and ideas take the place of apathy.

We hope you will join us Sundays at 10:30am for an hour (or so) of Spirit filled worship.  Our worship is “traditional”, which means the songs we sing typically are hymns.  It is “liturgical”, which means we use printed liturgies that the congregation reads in the bulletin, which aims to help “observers” of worship become “participants” in worship.  Every week we have additional creative (and beautiful) music, a children’s moment, Scriptures read, times of prayer together, and a sermon.  In general, we strive every week to create a warm, engaging, practical and heartfelt worship service where one can encounter God and leave with a word of hope from the Lord.  We invite you to come as you are, whatever burdens you have, whatever clothes you are wearing, and be ready to receive love from the Spirit of God through our worship, and love from our congregation who welcomes you in their midst.

Our services at this time are not being live streamed, but they are being recorded live and uploaded on Sunday afternoons.  The time it is posted varies, but usually it is uploaded between 2 and 4 pm.
